Paul Choi is a seasoned lawyer and entrepreneur with a multidisciplinary background in public safety, law, and community leadership. His legal career began with the establishment of a notary practice in 2016 after completing a Master of Arts in Applied Legal Studies at Simon Fraser University. While working full-time as a police officer, Paul simultaneously completed his studies and co-founded Juris Notary LLP, delivering accessible notarial services to clients across the Lower Mainland.

In his legal practice, Paul has focused on real estate transactions, corporate and commercial law, and civil litigation. He advises a broad clientele—from individuals to businesses—on matters ranging from property development to dispute resolution. He is certified as a Mediator and Arbitrator by the ADR Institute of Canada, further enhancing his ability to resolve conflicts with fairness and clarity.

Paul’s leadership extends beyond the courtroom. He served as President of the Burnaby North Road Business Improvement Association, where he championed local economic development, public accountability, and inclusive stakeholder engagement.
